By using Likogram you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.

Accounts that post this material are removed. We may hide or delete any content and terminate any account, at any time, without notice.
Only post photos you have the right to post. If a person is recognisable in a photo, you need their permission before you put them up to be rated. Do not post photos of anyone under 18 in a matchup about their appearance. Do not upload other people's photos taken from social media or anywhere else — you don't hold the rights to them, and reposting them here infringes both the photographer's copyright and the subject's rights.
A matchup can compare audio clips — two beats, two mixes, two takes. Post only audio you made or hold the rights to. A clip from a commercial track is not yours to upload, however short it is, and "it's only a few seconds" is not a rule that exists. Clips are capped at 30 seconds, which is a limit on file size and attention span, not a licence. If you hold the rights to a track, using your own clip of it here is fine.
Every matchup has a ⋯ menu with Report and Block, and Copyright is one of the reasons you can pick — use it if a matchup uses your work without permission. Reported content is reviewed, and content that draws multiple reports is hidden automatically pending review. Blocking someone removes their matchups from your feed. We act on reports promptly, and you can always reach a human at support@likogram.com.
You keep ownership of everything you post. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you share it with, and generate the preview and results images that make a shared link work — nothing more, and only for as long as you keep it on Likogram. Delete it, and that permission ends.
If something here infringes your copyright, email support@likogram.com with: what the work is, the link to the content on Likogram, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that your report is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
You must be at least 13 to use Likogram, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Likogram is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be available, error-free, or that results are accurate. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us — which, for a free app, is nothing.
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end access for anyone breaking these terms.
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continuing to use Likogram means accepting the new version.
